Position Concept

To serve the mission of Wolfbane Productions by playing a pivotal role in the business office by assisting the office staff with all non-profit related affairs and by acting as a dedicated liaison between patrons and both the office & production teams. This multifaceted position will work closely with the Executive Director and other office team members, to keep all non-profit aspects of the organization in order, while engaging with patrons looking to buy tickets, and seek information about shows and events. This individual will also represent the box office team at all Wolfbane main stage shows and events. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Assist the office staff with general business and non-profit tasks.  

Day-to-day includes but is not limited to: customer service, social media and email marketing, box office, and website maintenance. 

Point of contact for office phone calls and email messages as well as members and sales vendors. 

Assist the Executive Director in all office matters

Assist with event building and execution 

BOX OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Represent the Wolfbane box office staff during main stage shows and events. Including set up and break down of the box office area. 

Coordinate the Box Office volunteer staff during main stage shows and events

Ability to communicate effectively with volunteers, vendors, and customers

Coordinating reserved signs for sponsors and special guests during mainstage shows and events 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Member & Sponsor Birthday Cards 

Assisting the production team with poster & lawn sign advertising 

Professionally represent Wolfbane at all times 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Must work well with others and enjoy customer service (2-5 years experience required)

Writing skills a must

Microsoft Office experience a must

Must have the ability for flexibility with work hours and weekends

Must have the ability to work events 

Must be well-organized and punctual

Ability to multi-task and meet simultaneous deadlines.

Commitment to the principles of teamwork and shared responsibility.

Highly self-motivated

Must have a valid license and a car with a willingness to travel.

Non-profit experience a plus

Photoshop experience a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

Valid Driver's License

Must be able to carry 50+ lbs

Must love theatre, art, and the outdoors

Job Types: Part-time or Full-time, Contract

Pay: Competitive package based on experience
